I'll review the property and market details with you to present the right offer. Your offer contract may include items such as purchase price, warranty amounts, loan specifications and desired closing date. I will act as your contract expert and continue negotiations until an agreement is reached. You'll also provide an up-to-date pre-approval letter with your offer, to inform the seller of your ability to close the deal.

Although I will explain the terms in detail, be sure to personally review all contracts and familiarize yourself with any changes to the offer. Once your offer has been accepted, you'll be on your way to becoming a homeowner, with my support every step of the way. You'll also work with a real estate broker, who will oversee the contract, review inspection points and send any requests, and assist with all documentation for a successful closing.
